Train foreign Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers from the different nations, members or associates of NATO in the performance of the tasks of Non-Technical Study, Technical Study and / or Clearance in Humanitarian Demining operations; through the knowledge, use and application of the skills learned but based on the international standards STANAG-NATO, IMAS-UN and Approved Operational Procedures.
The graduate of the International Course Humanitarian Demining must be an Officer or NonCommissioned Officers members of one of the Military Forces of NATO member countries fully qualified in the planning and development of the different tasks of Humanitarian Demining, applying the procedures and guidelines established by National Standards, International and Approved Operational Procedures; in order to neutralize the total threat of anti-personnel mines and explosive devices to guarantee the return of the civilian population to their lands from where they were displaced by violence.
